Dale Krantz Rossington first joined 38 Special as a backup singer in 1980 but quickly rose to prominence in the group. Several of the band's songs, such as "Rockin' Into the Night," "Hold on Loosely," and "Caught Up in You," were co-written by her. On some of the band's songs, including "Back Where You Belong" and "Like No Other Night," she also sang the lead vocals.

Education and Career: 

As a backing vocalist for several bands in the Jacksonville region in the 1970s, Dale Krantz Rossington started her musical career. She first joined 38 Special as a backup vocalist in 1980 and immediately rose to prominence in the group. She co-wrote several of the band's hits and provided lead vocals on several of their tracks. Over the 1980s, 38 Special put out a number of popular albums that cemented their place in the Southern rock genre.

As a backup vocalist for numerous musicians, including the Allman Brothers Band and Rossington Collins Band, Dale Krantz Rossington started her musical career.

She joined .38 Special as a lead vocalist in 1987 and recorded many albums with the band, including "Rock & Roll Strategy" and "Bone Against Steel."

In addition, Dale Krantz Rossington had many film appearances, including "The Money Pit" and "Let It Ride."

"Take It on Trust," a joint album by Dale Krantz Rossington and Gary Rossington, was published in 2009.

She continues to release songs as a solo artist and perform with the band.38 Special.
